Jan Ingerlund works as a facilitator for different kinds of UGL training and also educates other UGL facilitators. He also has a huge interest in outdoor life and has worked as an outdoor activities leader for 20 years.

Background
Jan has since the beginning of the 21st century worked full time with the development of grups and leaders. Before that, he worked as a sales person, educationist, Marketing Director and Regional Director in a couple of different service enterprises.

What do you do besides working as a UGL facilitator?
- I like sailing, kayaking, speed skating, and skiing in the winter. I also arrange courses in kayaking both in the Stockholm Archipellago and around Lofoten in Norway.
