As a Learning Partner, a company or an organization defines and presents briefs for the program modules. Over the course of several weeks, clients work closely alongside a group of Hyper Island students. At the end of the module, the students present recommendations, concepts and strategies, based on the presented briefs. What the Learning Partner can expect · Explore new approaches and get fresh ideas from skilled, creative and dedicated students. · Gain new perspectives, new knowledge and insights related to digital media opportunities. · Have full ownership of all ideas presented by students during the module, to use and further develop the material. · The student group has professional confidentiality and may not disclose to third parties of Learning Partner confidential business information. · The Learning Partner has possibility to interact with students for potential internships or recruitment. Guidelines for the Learning Partner’s participation Please have this in consideration when working with our students: · Produce a brief that describes the context, aims, goals and challenges for the project; · Select a contact person who will be reachable and approachable, replying to the students in a timely manner. · Set aside time for an initial start-up meeting with the students, a concluding meeting for a final presentation and time for continuous status reports. · Consent that students will include the project work in their own professional portfolios, branded as a ‘Hyper Island Student Project’ · Be honest, give feedback and offer critique concerning the fulfillment of the assignment and the processes. · Communicate exclusively in English. | Hyper Island Programs
