Kurt Pedersen has worked as a human resources developer and consultant for many years. He has worked with teambuilding and leadership development both within and outside of SSAB (Swedish Steel AB) and is an experienced UGL facilitator.



Background
Kurt was born in Norway and moved to Luleå in the north of Sweden when he was young. That's where he began to work within the steel industry. Since the early nineties he has worked as a leader and Manager at different levels. Today he also runs his own company Scientia Grupputveckling (Scientia Group development).
