Inger Johanne has been a certified UGL facilitator since 2004. When she isn't in Sweden to facilitate our Hyper Island courses, she lives in Risör, south of the Norweigian capital Oslo.




Background
Inger Johanne has, among other things, worked with personal growth within the cultural sector in Norway and as a financial accountant at the Art Forum of Risör. She also used to be in charge of the financial, administrative and leadership parts of the professional theatre group Stella Polaris. Beside all of this, she has worked as a teacher and with mentally disabled people. She has a Bachelor degree in Management with focus on leadership and coaching from Företagsekonomiska Institutet, BI, in Norway. Since 2006 she runs her own company. Inger Johanne is certified to teach UGL and THE (The Human Element). She has also continued studies to be a Human Resource coach.

Inger Johanne about the job as a UGL facilitator:
- My experiences in life have given me good self insight and I want to share that with other people. I like to help others to grow and develop as human beings.

What do you do in your spare time?
- In my spare time I prefer to spend time in the forest or go to see some art exhibition. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
