Nalika lives in Umeå with her husband and children. She works as a consultant at Ledarskapscentrum AB, as well as a UGL facilitator for Hyper Island, among others. She loves dance, peonies and ingenious crosswords.



Background
- Since the mid nineties, I've been working as a group- and leadership consultant, as well as in health care and coaching. I have a background in behavioral sciences, and my education experience consists mainly of psychology concentrating on working life and leadership. I have experience as a human resource- and business development executive. Currently I'm a consultant at Ledarskapscentrum AB which I enjoy very much. I work as a UGL facilitator regularly, commissioned by several different educational businesses.

Nalika on UGL:
- UGL is a fascinating, engaging, inspiring and educational journey which enriches you on several levels, also for me as a facilitator. It's a privilege to be given the trust to lead this creative process. I'm stimulated by seeing people learning from each other and evolving together, in the way that only happens during a UGL course. I have benefited from my UGL experience a lot, both in my work and private life.

Do you have a motto?
- I have many, among others these three;
"You can not teach a person anything. You can only help him/her to discover it within them selves.", "It's better to know some of the question than all the answers." and "Never doubt that a small group of people can change the world. It happens all the time."

What would you have done if you weren't a UGL facilitator?
- I would have had a café combined with a flower shop. Or I would design shoes.
