Meta has focused on communication all through her work life. Based on the thesis that results will never be better than the work group's weakest link, she focuses on communication between people in the work place.




Background
- My education experience consists of a bachelor degree in behavioral sciences. I've been a UGL facilitator since 2004. I'm a certified instructor for IPU Beteendeprofilanalys (Behavior profile analysis) and IPU Drivkraftsanalys (Driving force analysis). I am certified in GDQ – Group Development Questionnaire. As well as having completed a coaching education, I've worked with market communication and branding for many years.

Why is communication between people in a work place so important?
- It's a prerequisite for a company or an authority to reach success and to be clear with its clients. My fundamental belief is that all individuals can, and wish for the possibility to evolve, as long as a dialog and trust exists.

What do you do in your leisure time?
- When I don't work I like to be outside. Take a walk in the woods with my dog, kayaking in the sea and to play golf.
