Gunnel is a certified UGL facilitator since 2007. She currently works at Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset (SU) as well as having her own firm specializing in supervision. Gunnel resides in Göteborg.

Background
Since 1998, Gunnel works as a coordinator for supervising those in managerial positions within Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset (SU) in Göteborg.
Gunnel's experience includes working as a psychiatric nurse, and she has been working with leadership since 1988.
Her work at SU includes supervising directors, further developing the area of supervision, and coordinate supervision efforts as well as facilitating personnel within the health care sector. She completed a 20 point supervision education in 1992.
In her work within child psychiatric, among other areas, her step 1 family therapy and psychotherapy education has come to good use. Gunnel is SDI certified since 2008.

About working with UGL
– I like to works with groups as the group strengthens support, challenges and evolve group- and individual development in the functions individuals work within. My passion is to be a part of evolving leadership and professional relationships, as to bear fruit back into both unit- and organization levels. Within the area of health care, that means for example that patients get the care they have the right to demand.

Spare time
– I spend my spare time with my family (my son plays soccer), friends, cooking, working out and reading books.
