The Mobile Applications Program in Karlskrona offers 300 points within the Swedish YH (AVET) program, which is free of charge for all persons fluent in any of the following Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Faeroese) regardless of nationality or citizenship. YH (AVET) entitles inhabitants in Sweden (and, in some cases, EU and EES) to student loan funds.

The program is project- and process-oriented and mixes academic and practical work throughout the course. It is based on "action learning" (learning-by-doing and learning-by-reflection) and is built on actual projects.
