Roger is back at Hyper Island after some years in the middle east working with media related and conflict resolution projects. Above being a director Roger supervises leadership courses, such as UGL and teambuilding.

Viktoria has been working with HR since 1997. For 8 years she was working with staff in an institution for mentally challenged, autistic children and teenagers.
Before joining Hyper Island Viktoria has been at SVT (Swedish Television) for 6 years, holding several HR related positions.

Viktoria has a strong interest in human relations and considers coworkers as the company's most important resource.

Charlotte holds a masters degree in business and comes from a background in marketing. She joined the Hyper Island team in the fall of 2009. Charlotte also worked with a children’s rights group for young girls




Martina Lindgren
Project Manager

Martina Lindgren has a Master in marketing and management from Lunds University. Before joining Hyper Island she worked with marketing in the travel industry. However, she still enjoys travelling and exploring the world.




David Stypulkowski
Community Manager

David is working with Hyper Island’s online communication. He has a Master in International PR and most recently worked in advertising for an Amsterdam based agency. Before that, he worked in Stockholm at a marketing department while finishing his award winning thesis on social media and new methods of using PR.

Gustav has a bachelor in Journalism and Media Production from the University of Linné with additional studies in Global Development and Human Rights.




Marianne Brandt

Marianne has over 20 years experience from finance and accounting. She holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics. The last 15 years Marianne has worked for a global shipping company. Marianne has a strong interest in integrating people and companies into new structures. In her free time, she prefers traveling and especially to Italy. Marianne joined the Hyper Island team in Mars 2011.

Andreas Bylund
Technical Assistance

Andreas primarily works with the premises related issues, both in an advisory capacity and with the actual executive decisions. He has a function as tech support, and also act as intermediary between Hyper Island and external contractors. Andreas have a long experience from working in schools as a personal guide and resource person.

Christina Andersson
Managing Director

Christina’s background is from the digital advertising industry and has worked for London based agencies such as M&C Saatchi, TBWA/Agency.com, Proximity and the OTHER media. During this time Christina has worked on a variety of clients such as LG Electronics, Foster’s, BBC, British Telecom and Eurostar.

Christina graduated from Hyper Island in May 2000 and has since then lived and worked in London. In 2010 she returned to Hyper Island to set up the new UK office where she now works as Managing Director for UK.




David McCall

David's career has spanned style magazine publishing , studio management, TV production and Advertising before moving into the world of education and government policy. David worked on many high profile advertising campaigns including Subaru, Tomb Raider and Coke and also a variety of banal sofa campaigns. David has a passion for talent development and his focus in the UK is setting up Hyper Island's long-term programs and working with the UK's thriving media businesses on their new digital strategies.

Jaclyn Ciamillo joined Hyper Island in 2011. Her vast experience at two global training companies has solidified her knowledge in Executive and Professional development. Jaclyn has actively and enthusiastically explored the world of digital since the early 90's. She's consulted for well-known brands and even created a twitter campaign. Jaclyn is a part of Hyper Island's North American operation on their Global Business Development team.
